The Sabi Smoothie Trio is three 16 oz smoothies built like meals — Espiñaca Delight, Xocolín, and Horchata Azul — each rooted in a Latin American flavor tradition and blended with almond milk and rice milk we make from scratch in our Venice kitchen.
Here's the part most brands won't tell you: almost every "almond milk smoothie" on the shelf is made with shelf-stable, pre-packaged plant milk full of gums, stabilizers, and added sugars. Sabi doesn't work that way. Carmen makes ours fresh, every batch, using a recipe she keeps to herself — and we mean to herself.
Every smoothie is never put through HPP (high pressure processing). Pressed, blended, bottled, and delivered cold. Real ingredients. Real nutrition. Real food in a bottle.

Most plant-milk smoothies on the market are built on commercial almond milk and rice milk out of a tetra pack. You know the kind — gums, stabilizers, added sugars, "natural flavors," and barely any actual almonds.
Sabi doesn't work that way.
Our almond milk and rice milk are made from scratch in our Venice kitchen using a recipe Carmen keeps locked up tight. We've been asked. We've been begged. We've been offered baked goods. The answer is still no.
What we'll tell you: no gums, no stabilizers, no added sugar, no "natural flavors." Just real plant milk, made the way it should be made.
What we won't tell you: how she does it.
You'll just have to taste it.
Most "cold-pressed" smoothies on grocery shelves have been processed through HPP (High Pressure Processing) — a step that pressurizes bottled product up to 85,000 PSI to extend shelf life from a few days to 30–45 days.
For a smoothie built on fresh plant milk, healthy fats, and real fruit, HPP is a problem:
It heats the product. Pressurizing any liquid generates heat. Fresh almond milk and avocado don't respond well to that.
It reduces nutrients. Independent research shows HPP can drop nutrient content to as low as 87% of original levels.
It damages texture and flavor. The reason most shelf-stable smoothies taste flat and slightly metallic is HPP. Sabi tastes like what's actually in the bottle because nothing's been pressurized out of it.
Sabi never goes through HPP. That's why our shelf life is 3–5 days instead of 30–45. Real food doesn't sit on a shelf for a month.
If a juice or smoothie bottle doesn't carry this FDA-mandated warning, it's not truly raw:
"WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems."
Sabi carries that label. Proudly.

What: Three 16 fl oz smoothies — Espiñaca Delight (green and energizing), Xocolín (chocolate and creamy), and Horchata Azul (blue spirulina meets traditional horchata). Every smoothie is built on Carmen's house-made almond milk or rice milk, blended fresh with whole-food ingredients, and bottled raw.
Why: Most "healthy smoothies" are basically dessert with vitamins added. Sabi smoothies are real food — fiber from whole fruit, healthy fats from avocado, almond butter, and coconut cream, slow-burning energy from dates and bananas. They keep you full, focused, and steady for hours.
How: Drink one as a breakfast replacement, a post-workout recovery shake, or a 3pm reset when a coffee won't cut it. All three travel well, taste better cold, and pair beautifully with a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts if you need more.
Espiñaca Delight — Energizer (1x · 16 fl oz · 60% Fruit & Vegetable Smoothie) A creamy green smoothie blending spinach, pineapple, avocado, date, and mint with Carmen's house-made almond milk. The name plays on espinaca (Spanish for spinach) and piña (Spanish for pineapple) — the two ingredients doing the heaviest lifting. Avocado brings healthy fats. Dates bring natural sweetness. Mint brings the finish. The most filling, plant-forward smoothie in our lineup. Best for: breakfast replacement, post-workout, anyone who eats greens for breakfast and wants a portable version

Xocolín — Balancing Act (1x · 16 fl oz · 27% Fruit & Booster Smoothie) Our chocolate smoothie, but earned. Almond milk, banana, almond butter, dates, raw cacao powder, vanilla extract, basil, and cinnamon — built to taste like a chocolate shake and work like a meal. Almond butter and dates carry the protein and slow energy. Cacao brings real chocolate flavor (no syrups, no sugar added). Basil is the unexpected note that makes it interesting. Best for: dessert replacement, chocolate cravings without the crash, the after-school smoothie your kids will actually drink

Horchata Azul — Blue Vitality Boost(1x · 16 fl oz · 32% Fruit & Booster Smoothie with Adaptogens) A modern twist on traditional horchata. House-made rice milk, banana, apple, coconut cream, blue spirulina, and cinnamon. The cinnamon and rice milk are the horchata anchor — familiar, comforting, the flavor of every Mexican abuela's kitchen. Blue spirulina is the modern addition: a nutrient-dense algae that turns the smoothie a vibrant blue and adds plant-based protein and antioxidants. Coconut cream brings the richness. Best for: afternoon energy, anyone who grew up on horchata and wants a version that works for grown-up nutrition
🤫 The Secret's in the Milk Carmen's house-made almond milk and rice milk are the foundation of every Sabi smoothie. The recipe is hers. The flavor is unmistakable. The closest you'll get to the formula is drinking it.
🚫 Never HPP, Never Heat-Treated Sabi smoothies are pressed, blended, bottled, and delivered cold. No high pressure processing, no pasteurization. Live nutrients, real flavor.
🌵 Rooted in Heritage Three flavor stories, all rooted in Latin American kitchens — espinaca, piña, cacao, horchata, canela. The ingredients we grew up with, blended for the way we live now.
🥑 Real Food, Built to Sustain Whole fruit. Healthy fats. Plant proteins. Adaptogens where they belong. Nothing artificial. No "natural flavors." Nothing you can't pronounce.
🌿 Functional by Design Each smoothie is built for a moment — Espiñaca Delight for the morning, Xocolín for the craving, Horchata Azul for the afternoon. Real meals, in bottle form.
Try the Three-Day Breakfast Swap. Replace your usual breakfast with one Sabi smoothie a day for three days. Espiñaca Delight on Day 1 (lightest, most veg-forward). Xocolín on Day 2 (the chocolate craving day). Horchata Azul on Day 3 (the comfort flavor to close out the week). See how you feel by Day 4.
Make it a post-workout ritual. All three smoothies work as recovery shakes. Xocolín is the closest to a traditional protein shake (almond butter does the heavy lifting). Espiñaca Delight rehydrates and replenishes electrolytes from the spinach and avocado. Horchata Azul carries clean carbs from rice milk and banana for refueling.
Use one as your 3pm reset. The afternoon energy crash is what kills most healthy eating habits. A 16 oz Sabi smoothie at 3pm is enough food to kill the crash without weighing you down for dinner. Xocolín wins this slot for most people.
Yes. Carmen guards it. We're not telling. (We've tried.)
It's made fresh in our Venice kitchen, every batch. No gums. No stabilizers. No added sugar. No "natural flavors." That's everything we're allowed to say.
Yes. All three smoothies are 100% plant-based.
No. Sweetness comes from whole fruit, dates, and bananas only. No cane sugar, agave, syrups, or "natural flavors."
Blue spirulina is a nutrient-dense algae extract that's a source of plant-based protein and antioxidants. It also gives the smoothie its vibrant blue color naturally — no dyes, no artificial coloring. The "azul" in the name is the spirulina.
At 16 oz with whole-food fats, fiber, and plant protein, all three are substantial enough to replace a typical breakfast or snack. They're not formulated as clinical meal-replacement shakes, but they're real food and they keep you full.
The Reset 12-Pack already includes one Espiñaca Delight smoothie — saved for Day 3. The Smoothie Trio is built for everyday use, not for a structured reset.
Yes. All three smoothies are naturally gluten-free.
No. Espiñaca Delight and Xocolín contain almond milk (and Xocolín contains almond butter). Horchata Azul is built on rice milk and is the nut-free option in the trio. Always check the full ingredient list and consult our allergen guide if you have nut allergies.
3–5 days from delivery. Always keep refrigerated. Shake before drinking — natural separation is normal for a real food smoothie with no added stabilizers.
HPP, or High Pressure Processing, is a step many "cold-pressed" beverage brands use to extend shelf life by pressurizing bottled product up to 85,000 PSI. It heats the product, reduces nutrient content, and damages live enzymes. Sabi skips it entirely.
Same-week local delivery across LA's Westside, pickup at our Venice kitchen, and cold-shipping throughout Southern California.
