Born in Tijuana and raised in South San Diego, Carmen had earned her way to USC and built the kind of career most people only dream of — a senior executive at Fortune 500 companies, honored in 2023 with the USC Latino Alumni Association’s Legacy Award. She had every reason to keep climbing.

Truly raw. Never HPP.

The Sabi Difference
Truly raw. Never HPP.

Most “cold-pressed” juice on the shelf has a quiet secret: after pressing, it’s put under extreme high pressure — a process called HPP — to extend its shelf life for weeks or months. It works. But it’s no longer truly raw.

Sabi never does this. We press cold, in small batches, and get our juice to you fresh — the way it’s meant to be. Nothing added, nothing pressurized away, nothing pretending to be fresher than it is.

“I founded Sabi to bring truly raw, never high pressure processed, cold-pressed juice and the flavors of my culture to my community — and to empower everyone to take charge of their mental and physical health.”
