Most "cold-pressed" green juice you see on grocery shelves has been processed through HPP (High Pressure Processing) — a step that pressurizes bottled juice up to 85,000 PSI to extend shelf life from a few days to 30–45 days.
Here's what HPP does to a green juice:
It heats the juice. Pressurizing any liquid generates heat. Juice that goes into an HPP chamber at 45°F can spike to 77°F under pressure — a process called adiabatic heating. Heat is the enemy of a raw vegetable.
It reduces nutrients. Independent research shows HPP can drop nutrient content to as low as 87% of original levels — and that's measured immediately after processing, before the juice sits on a shelf for weeks.
It damages live enzymes. Studies show enzyme residual activity after HPP often falls between 20% and 60% — meaning up to 80% of the live enzymes are gone before the bottle ever reaches your hand.
Sabi never goes through HPP. We press, bottle, and deliver cold. That's why our shelf life is 3–5 days instead of 30–45. A reset built on dead juice isn't a reset.
If a juice bottle doesn't carry this FDA-mandated warning, it's not truly raw:

This is the Sabi pack we'd point you to. Veggie Fiesta and Celery Elixir contain no fruit. Verde, Nopalito, and Beet It use green apple as a base — the lowest-glycemic juicing apple. Always check with your doctor if you're managing diabetes or insulin resistance.
Honestly — yes, especially on Day 1. That's normal. The hunger usually shifts after 24 hours. Drink plenty of water and herbal tea, and if you need to add food, do — a handful of raw almonds or a small avocado will keep you on track without breaking the reset.
